We stayed at this hotel during Christmas and we were pleasantly surprised with the stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the key tourist spots in the city. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady at reception who was lovely and welcoming. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and breakfast which was a great way to start the day.
Despite the location and friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. the rooms were not well-maintained, and we noticed mosquitoes and cockroaches in our room which was a major turn off.

Located in a strategic area close to popular tourist spots. Friendly and helpful receptionist.
Facility requires major improvements with regards to maintenance and overall cleanliness. Only suitable for extremely budget-conscious travelers who do not mind mosquitoes and cockroaches.

Some previous guests had complained about the hygiene of the hotel and the presence of insects in certain rooms.

I loved the location of this hotel, it's situated between two iconic spots, which was convenient for me to visit both. The staff here were super friendly, especially the lady at the reception. She was very helpful and ready to assist with any queries I had. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained.
